Returns
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns under any condition. We understand that each customer has unique preferences, and our products may not be suitable for everyone. Therefore, we strongly encourage you to view photos and read descriptions of our products before making a purchase. By placing an order with Natural Wellness Center, you accept these terms. We do not offer a money-back guarantee on the efficacy of our products.
Cancellation
You may cancel any order for a full refund before shipment by requesting it within 24 hours of order placement. Once the item has been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order or issue a refund.
Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns for gift cards.
Refunds and Replacements
In certain situations, we may offer a refund or product replacement on a case-by-case basis. These situations include:

Please note that we will not process refunds or replacements without photographic evidence. If you receive a damaged or incorrect package, please take a picture as soon as possible and contact us within 10 business days of order receipt.
If we approve your refund request, we will process it immediately. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days. Please note that we only refund the amount actually paid, so if you purchase during a sale, you will be refunded the sale price.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, unclaimed, or delivered to an inaccurate address at no fault of our own. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us with your tracking number, and we will process a refund.
High-value parcels will be sent with insurance. If your items are damaged in transit, you will have the option of filing an insurance claim with USPS.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund after the 7 business day period, please contact us at info@naturalwellnesscener.com. We will be glad to assist you in the process to the best of our ability.
